Manhcester United full-back Noussair Mazraoui is set to be ruled out from playing football for atleast six to eight weeks after suffering cardiac arrhythmia.

Due to his withdrawal from Morocco's next games, right-back Noussair Mazraoui may have further injury concerns for Manchester United. During United's goalless draw against Aston Villa on Sunday, the summer acquisition was replaced at halftime by Victor Lindelof. The 26-year-old will not play in Morocco's Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches versus the Central African Republic on October 12 and 15, as announced by his national team.

This occurs shortly after Alejandro Garnacho, a winger, withdrew from the Argentina team due to a knee injury, and United's Harry Maguire, a center-back, hobbled off against Villa on Saturday. Due to an injury, Kobbie Mainoo was additionally left out of the most recent England roster. 

Erik ten Hag, the Red Devils' manager, will be hoping that bad luck doesn't strike again this season after a season marred by injuries. Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, and Leny Yoro were among the players sidelined.

After moving from Bayern Munich to United this summer, Mazraoui has made ten appearances across all competitions and established himself as the starting right defender. He's probably been among the Red Devils' few bright spots during a challenging season.

According to the diagnosis, Mazraoui has a type of heart arrhythmia. It is reported that he has experienced cardiac episodes in the past and has had surgery to address the ailment. Mazraoui may require up to four weeks to resume mild activity after his corrective surgery, and he might rejoin the team in six to eight weeks.

Which players are expected to be fit for Manchester United’s next game?

After seven games, United, currently ranked 14th in the English Premier League, will be hoping that Garnacho and Mainoo will have recovered completely in time for their league matchup against Brentford on October 19.

Shaw, who missed the entire preseason due to a calf injury, is expected to make a comeback in the upcoming weeks. Ten Hag affirmed that Shaw will be back following the intermission.
