Cole Palmer was the hero for Chelsea, who scored two goals, while Joao Pedro stepped up and scored a goal. Chelsea became the first English club to win two FIFA Club World Cup titles.

In the 23rd minute of the match, Palmer gave Chelsea an early lead by scoring the first goal of the match. He followed it up with another goal in the 30th minute of the match to ensure his side was in the dominant position. For the next few minutes, PSG pushed hard but failed to score a goal.

PSG created chances but could not quite convert them. In the 43rd minute, Pedro scored for Chelsea, who finished the first half with a huge lead of 3-0. For the rest of the match, Chelsea's defense unit became stronger and did not allow PSG players to pierce through them. The match got aggressive in the second half, as PSG looked for chances.

Joao Neves scored a goal for them in the 85th minute, but sustained a red card, which meant PSG played the remainder of the match with just 10 players. Chelsea claimed a 3-0 win and became the first English club to win the FIFA Club World Cup twice.
