After Ghost of Tsushima, PlayStation is all set to release two more popular tiles on PC, with one even available for pre-purchase. The games are God of War Ragnarök and Until Dawn, the other two of the huge PlayStation titles.

With these two releases, 2024 will have five PlayStation game releases, with four of them being its older exclusives. God of War Ragnarök is set for a September release and already has the pre-purchase available on Steam and Epic Games Store.

The first part was released on PC back in 2022 and compared to that, Ragnarök features much more not only in terms of story and gameplay but also other features like Ultrawide support, more upscale tech possibly similar to Ghost of Tsushima, spatial 3D Audio and much more.

Until Dawn is another interactive horror experience that was released back in 2015, the PC release is coming as a full remake. The game was praised for its ability to choose your fate and gruesome death scene, and fans hope that the remake for new-gen devices retains the same. Along with that, players will also get additional content like collectables to discover, environments and narratives.

PSN requirement mandatory for both games

Both of the games will require PlayStation Network accounts for them to play. This comes after the whole Helldivers 2 escapade where Sony forgot to put in the PSN requirement early on and later delisted the game from over 150 countries after suddenly bringing the requirement. As a result, the company had to forcefully remove the requirement but has since been adding it upfront.

The problem here is that PSN is not available in most countries and in the case of Ghost of Tsushima, the game was made unavailable for almost every country. With the upcoming games also asking for mandatory PSN requirements, it remains to be seen if God of War Ragnarök and Until Dawn also suffer the same fate.
