Titled Rozdroże Krukow—loosely translated as Raven's Crossing—the book will explore Geralt's early years, focusing on his first steps on "The Path" after leaving Kaer Morhen.
This pivotal period in Geralt's life has been briefly mentioned in previous works, but the new novel promises to delve deeper into the trials and challenges faced by the young Witcher. The story will begin with Geralt around the age of 18, offering fans a glimpse into his development before becoming the legendary monster-slayer.
Sapkowski, who initially teased his next project as focusing on Geralt, has now revealed that the timeline and title of the much-anticipated book. Polish readers can expect the novel to hit shelves on December 1, while international audiences will have to wait until early 2025 for translations to become available.
