The final score for BMPS Round 1 are in and Team Tamilas and ScoutOP’s Team Z will be returning home from the race. Both teams faced a narrow miss from securing a spot in the top 64. Despite a last-minute push, the teams were not able to secure a combined score which would allow them to qualify, as several underdogs displayed a dominating performance.

A huge upset for Team Tamilas after fighting so hard in the final moments. However, giving their all in the final moments wasn’t the only thing that was going to carry them to the next round. The overall performance of the team had been shaky since Day 1.

Team Z failing to qualify also means that fans will finally get what they want. Scout OP will now be joining a new team to compete in the upcoming tournaments. A sneak peek given by the player reveals that he will be joining one of the top BGMI teams in the country, apart from Team Soul, Global Esports or Team XSpark.

Carnival Gaming shows utter dominance

On the flip side, fans got to see an impressive two weeks of Carnival Gaming, who managed to keep up their performance throughout the majority of the matches. This allowed the team to enter BMPS Round Two with the highest score. The addition of NinjaJOD, one of the best BGMI players to the team seems to be a boost for the overall boss in the performance.

Another team that impressed fans were Orangutan Gaming, which started as a banter with Revenant Esports and turned out to be the team performing of all time. Fans are asking if all it takes for them to perform is banter against rivals, the team should start one with every other team.

Other top performers for Week 1 include WSB Gaming who despite getting penalized went on to secure a spot in the top five. Team Soul, Mogo Esports, Gods Reign, Hyderabad Hydras and even 8Bit also managed to keep up and will head into Round Two to face each other again.
