Reckoning Esports have now made an insane play, bringing themselves back in the spotlight to become BGIS 2024 Champions. At the same time, their win have now likely sent all the leading teams like Global Esports and Team XSpark into try-hard mode for the final match in the series.

XSpark saw a great start but were lost against Team Tamils in a bridge camp, leading to an early elimination for them. Team Soul who were on their way to redeem themselves with 12 finishes while 10 teams were standing also saw an unfortunate early end after getting tag teamed by multiple other competitors, making all the hard work for nothing.

Team Limra were also doing quite well but were taken down by Insane Shadow, the last man standing in their team. On the other side, Mogo Esports and 8bit saw themselves in a fight which came as a huge benefit for Reckoning as they managed to third-party both teams from a higher ground.

With only Reckoning Esports remaining with the whole crew along with zone advantage, a win was a no-brainer. This win helped them receive a lot of lost ground and put them among the top three teams, further making them sweat with a new entry in the mix.

Carnival Gaming struggles the entire BGIS 2024 series

Since Day 1, Carnival Gaming have been one of the teams that saw an early elimination. Apart from a few shining moments, the team haven’t been able to perform on the level that fans are used to and expected them to bring in the BGIS Grand Finals.

The team have already shown signs of struggle during the Semifinals as they failed to qualify through Semifinals Week 1. While they did receive in the Second Week, it was against a lot of new teams, who have now overtaken them at the Grand Finals.
