BMPS 2024 grand finals concluded a few days back with Team XSpark lifting the championship trophy. However, the hype and celebration around it is still in full swing, with the team itself celebrating victory for two of the biggest BGMI tournaments of 2024. The team also addressed the recent controversy around Ignite Gaming being banned by Krafton.
The post displays Team XSpark supremacy with two runner-ups, Numen Gaming and GodLike Esports beside them while other teams bowing down in an image from popular Manhwa Solo Levelling. However, Ignite Gaming was missing among other teams. A closer look revealed them in a special spot that left fans with a good chuckle.
This post came after the recent controversy with Ignite Gaming, where all the players from the team were banned by Krafton from competing in BGMI tournaments. It became a huge debate with IGL for Ignite Gaming LeeoYT trying to blame other players for also teaming up.
Ignite Gaming was also accused of cheating during the online qualifiers that allowed them to reach the grand finals, with many other teams also expressing their concerns that previously banned players are allowed to compete at the event. Even Spraygod from Team XSpark, who secured the tournament MVP award also chimed in the comments.
