Electronic Arts' original released Star Wars Battlefront 2 is now destroyed by the hackers who are overrunning inside the game, which has now become unplayable for many genuine gamers. The EA and DICE-built game was released back in 2017, which is eight years ago.

EA has to do something to make the game playable again, as it could lead to reputation loss for the brand and for the franchise, which was built by the popular Star Wars movies. After its launch in 2017, many gamers and critics slammed the franchise for locking the franchise's iconic characters in the loot box. The players have to play regularly to reach the loot box, and an average player who plays daily for two to three hours won't be able to achieve it, as it needs more time. Then, DICE fixed the issue, and gamers were happy with the gameplay.

Hackers are killing the Star Wars Battlefront 2

It has become a cult game now, as gamers consider the game unique, and there is even a small community following the game and its updates. But recently, many users have complained about the hackers slowly destroying the game's reputation in the SW Battlefront 2 online modes.

The Galactic Assault is now fully hacked and unplayable for gamers, and they are losing points. Even if they change the lobby, the result is the same, and they are complaining on Reddit regarding the issue and Electronic Arts should take action to keep their reputation alive among gamers.

The next game, Star Wars Battlefront 3, is not coming any time soon, so the fans will need to rely on the 8-year-old version. But at the upcoming Star Wars celebration in Japan, players will get the first look at Star Wars Outlaws' second DLC, Pirates Fortune. After all the efforts made by the gamers to rescue one of the most iconic games from the hands of the cyber attacks, EA has now responded to their call. There were claims that EA has already deployed a server fix to prevent exploits and to secure the game server from hackers.
