Ahead of the ESL Pro League, ESL Counter-Strike has released the group stage schedule and matchups for Season 19, which is set to feature 32 teams fighting for the $750,000 prize pool. Furthermore, the winner is guaranteed an invitation to the IEM Cologne 2024.

Matches for Groups A and B will begin on April 23, while Groups C and D will compete starting April 30. The gap between the matches will see Groups A and B finish up and give us the first eight teams moving to the playoffs.

Here is the schedule -

Group A (April 23 - April 28)

FaZe Clan Vs Imperial Esports

Eternal Fire Vs Astralis

Virtus.pro Vs Fnatic

3DMAX Vs SAW

Group B (April 23 - April 28)

Team Vitality Vs Sharks Esports

BetBoom Team Vs M80

Team Falcons Vs The MongolZ

TYLOO Vs G2 Esports

Group C (April 30 - May 5)

MOUZ Vs Bad News Kangaroos

GamerLegion Vs ENCE

FURIA Esports Vs Team Liquid

FORZE Esports Vs Monte

Group D (April 30 - May 5)

Complexity Vs Pera Esports

HEROIC Vs Ninjas in Pyjamas

BIG Vs BOSS

FlyQuest Vs Natus Vincere

Unlike IEM Chengdu, where few teams missed out on the action as the tournament was too close to the recently ended Major causing Visa issues and fatigue, the ESL Pro League will be featuring a full stack and is shaping up to be another epic tournament.

Players will see our first Counter-Strike 2 Major champion NaVi back in action alongside updated rosters for Virtus.pro, Team Liquid and Astralis. Also, the matches will be best of three from the beginning, which is good news for everyone.

The new 12-round half-time system seems to be a bit punishing in the best of one, as teams usually aren’t getting time to adapt to their opponents, sending multiple teams to an unexpected loss. Furthermore, the teams also have two safety nets in the form of lower bracket and last-chance qualifiers, before they hit the airport.
