An official statement has been released by Electronic Arts confirming the launch of the next Battlefield game series by March 2026. The whole revelation of the game is all set to take place during the Summers of 2025. The developers are yet to decide on a title but the fans are regarding it as Battlefield 6, while it is up for testing.
Electronic Arts are taking measures to run a number of tests through Battlefield Labs testing for Battlefield 6. It enables the players to experience the features while also giving real time feedback to understand and rectify errors in the game. The players are eyeing on the success that Battlefield 6 could bring after the 2021 launch of Battlefield 2042.

Andrew Wilson, the CEO of Electronic Art, has stated that about the launch of the game in March 2026. During a meet with the press, during the Fiscal Year 2025 and Electronic Arts Q4 meet, Wilson said that EA is going to take a ‘pivotal step’ in the upcoming fiscal year 2026, indicating a new gaming entertainment segment. He also talked about the official revelation of the game during the summer of 2025. He did not explain much about the details of the game, instead said that the franchise is taking important steps to incorporate Battlefield labs, which is a very new initiative for the franchise adding on to create a strong future on Battlefield.
Wilson further added that DICE is looking to expand the Battlefield Labs to other areas by May 2025. This includes Asia, Europe and North America. Those who would want to be a part of the Battlefield evolution series and its destruction mechanism can sign up for the experience. There have been several leaks on the gameplay, heightening the excitement of the fans as well.
