BGMI Clash of Warriors S2; 16 teams to compete in Grand Finals

The second day for the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Clash of Warriors Season 2 has concluded, and the top 16 teams will now be moving forward into the grand finals. Similar to the quarterfinals, Team Tamils have once again displayed a dominating performance to secure the top spot in the semifinals.

The team scored a total of 56 points on the second day alone. A few other teams who also had a disappointing first day worked their way into the qualifier ladder. These included Revenant Esports, Reckoning Esports, Enigma Gaming and more.

On the other hand, teams that opened up decent on the first day ended up falling behind on second and barely made it to the top 16. Some of the seasoned teams in the scene like 8Bit, WSB Gaming, Blind eSports and a few others failed to make it into the top 16.

The grand finals will take place across May 7-8 with teams will be playing six matches each day. Team Tamilas seem to be a strong competitor for everyone after their recent comebacks in the quarterfinals and semifinals.

Other veteran teams like TeamXSpark and Team SouL have also picked up pace after barely qualifying for the semifinals. While there are multiple new names in the tournament, however, the majority of the rosters in the grand finals comprise some of the best players in BGMI, so the competition will be tough.

Furthermore, the prize will only be distributed to the top four teams and the MVPs of the tournament. The winner of the OS Esports, BGMI Clash of Warriors Season 2 will also take home Rs 2 lakh out of INR 8 lakh prize pool.
