Josh Hull shares his happiness after getting called up

Young Josh Hull was happy when he spoke to BBC Leicester after getting called up. The youngster said, “It was about half nine last night when I got the call from Brendon McCullum, it is a very special moment.”

The youngster also said, “It's come around pretty quickly, I didn't think it would happen this fast, but I am really excited to be joining them. I was happy with how I performed (for England Lions) but I never thought it would lead to a call this early. They've got Olly Stone there as the first replacement, so it will be a great opportunity to join up and be part of that environment.”

So far Josh Hull has played 9 first-class matches and picked 15 wickets with a best of 3/30. It is said that the pacer can hit the high 140 KPH mark and unsettle batters due to his height.
