Things don’t look to fall in place for the former India cricketer Vinod Kambli as he was rushed to a private hospital in Maharashtra’s Thane district. The former batter has been suffering from some serious health issues for the last couple of months. In the same vein, he was hospitalised in Thane’s Akriti Hospital on Saturday, December 21.
Meanwhile, Kambli’s doctor, Dr Vivek Trivedi, has revealed his health issues. Dr Trivedi said that there are clots in Kambli’s brain. Initially, a urinary infection and cramps made Kambli’s family admit him to the hospital.

Notably, Kambli was one of the prominent figures in his early international career while playing for India. He was also part of the Indian team that featured in the ICC ODI World Cup 1996 and made it to the semi-finals of the tournament.
