Yuzvendra Chahal shares a special bond with the former India skipper and the modern-day batting great, Virat Kohli. Both the stars have been seen sharing some funny banters, the videos of which have surfaced over the social media platforms. Before RCB released Chahal, the duo used to play together for the Bengaluru franchise in the Indian Premier League.

Recently, Kohli and Chahal were seen playing against each other when Rajasthan Royals took on the Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

In the same line of events, Yuzvendra Chahal came up with a very special and heartfelt post for Virat Kohli, while sharing a picture with him on X (formerly Twitter).

“You will always be my Virat bhaiya,” wrote Chahal in his X-post, which he shared from his official X handle.

Speaking of the action of the 19th IPL 2024 match in Jaipur, the hosts RR won the toss and invited Faf’s men to bat first; batting first, the red and gold outfits posted a total of 183 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Star opener and former skipper, Virat Kohli scored 113 runs off 72 balls, with 12 fours and 4 sixes, hitting the first century of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2024.

Alongside Kohli, Faf du Plessis also scored 44 runs off 33 balls, with 2 fours and 2 sixes. The Faf-Kohli duo stitched a partnership of 125 runs for the first wicket in 14 overs.

While chasing the target, the star opening batter Jos Buttler smashed an amazing and match-winning century, scoring 100 runs off just 58 balls with 9 fours and 4 sixes, alongside skipper Sanju Samson’s 69 runs off 43 balls, with 8 fours and 2 sixes. On the back of their knocks, RR chased down the target in 19.1 overs, scoring 189 runs for the loss of 4 wickets and won the match by 6 wickets.
