Virat Kohli flaunts his Bengali speaking skills on camera while receiving a bat from Bangladesh's Mehidy Hasan Miraz. The video went viral on social media as fans loved the way Kohli lightened the mood with the few words he spoke in Bengali. Mehidy Hasan gifted a bat to Kohli and the skipper Rohit Sharma from his own bat manufacturing unit. The Bangladesh player was overwhelmed after gifting the bat to the stalwarts.
This incident took place after India had won the Test series against Bangladesh. India whitewashed the hosts who were expecting to win the Test series after their stunning performance against Pakistan. However, things didn't turn out that way as India secured the first game with a win of 280 runs, and in the 2nd game, they won by seven wickets.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma played beautifully during the series. The first Test match wasn't that great for Kohli but the 2nd Test was absolutely brilliant. He scored 47 runs in the first innings and an unbeaten 29 runs in the second innings. He took the team past the victory line while batting with Rishabh Pant in the second innings.
That's what the idea is: Rohit Sharma
After winning the Test series against Bangladesh, Rohit Sharma praised the team for their collective efforts against the visitors. The bowlers did extremely well in restricting the opponents at low scores, which was an interesting watch indeed. Bangladesh batters gave up after a certain point as they failed to play the deliveries of Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep. Praising Akash's bowling, Rohit said he is a good player and has the capabilities to do well in the future.
"Akash Deep has a good body as well - can bowl long spells and can bowl quick as well. That's what the idea is. We want to create a bunch of bowlers who are ready to play. There's too much cricket happening and a lot of injuries and stuff like that," said Rohit Sharma.
