Virat Kohli's relationship with Australia has always been rocky since the beginning. Ever since he made his debut, the Australian crowd has been always after him, trying to discourage him. After years, they did the same thing again at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne, where the Boxing Day Test match is being held.
After the Kohli-Konstas incident happened, the crowd was riled up on the 36-year-old player for initiating a fight with the young lad. The crowd at MCG was divided into two parts; one part chanted Kohli-Kohli while the other half booed Kohli. It wasn't a very pleasant scene for the batter who came to bat after KL Rahul's dismissal.
They knew Virat would come prepared to leave the ball. Boland the local boy has now, made the crowd boo Kohli. Indian fans are starting to chant Kohli Kohli. What a scene! #Kohli#AUSvINDpic.twitter.com/eeu3rw2ujS

Pat Cummins-led Australia scored 474 runs in the first innings after winning the toss and choosing to bat first. Steven Smith was the main man for the team, as he scored 140 runs in 197 balls. Apart from him, the top-order batters were absolutely outstanding in their performance.
Rohit Sharma's terrible form continues in Test cricket
Australia's former captain, Ricky Ponting, bashed Rohit Sharma for his terrible batting performance in the fourth Test match of the BGT series. The player scored only three runs despite returning back to the opening slot. He hasn't played well for a long time, not reaching the double-digit score.
"That's just a lazy, not switched on, not up for the moment type of shot. He's been known as one of the best hookers and pullers of the ball since he's made his debut but that's just not there. It's nothing. It's not committed, not really looking to be aggressive, he's just looking to tap it on the head," said Ricky Ponting.
