In the ongoing Champions Trophy 2026, Indian captain Rohit Sharma has been struggling to win a toss. In the 50-over format, he has now lost the toss in 10 straight games. This run has continued ever since it started at the 2023 ODI World Cup summit match. Rohit lost the toss once more in the last group-stage match against New Zealand. 

It was won by Mitchell Santner, the captain of New Zealand, who decided to bowl first on a muggy day. After losing the toss, Rohit was seen reacting in a video that became popular on social media. Dinesh Karthik, a former Indian cricket player and broadcaster, teased him because he was irritated. During the ongoing mega-event, Rohit had lost the toss for the third time, and Karthik couldn't help but make fun of him.

Then, with a humorous response, Rohit Sharma was heard yelling to Karthik, "Nikal Saale Nikal," which translates to "Get lost, man!"

The Indian team's management decided to change their starting lineup for the last group stage game, including Varun Chakravarthy in place of Harshit Rana.
