Star Afghanistan spinner Noor Ahmed is currently in action for Durban’s Super Giants (DSG) in the ongoing SA20 2025. The youngster showcased brilliant bowling abilities in the ongoing game against Sunrisers Eastern Cape (SEC) to dismiss the opponent batter Zak Crawley with an extremely ‘unplayable’ delivery.

The moment came on the second ball of the 10th over when Noor bowled flighted delivery on the length outside the off stump. Crawley tried to play it with a forward approach but failed to crack the pitch of the ball. Eventually, the ball went past the English batter to dismantle the bails with a direct strike on the middle stump. 

The video of Noor Ahmed’s unplayable delivery to Zak Crawley also surfaced on social media as soon as it was shared on social media.

Speaking of the action of the game, SEC skipper Aiden Markram won the toss and decided to bat first. At the time of filling this, the visitors had scored 165 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. Marco Jansen and wicketkeeper-batter Tristan Stubbs were there in the middle at individual scores of 36 and 15 runs, respectively.

Earlier in the innings, Zak Crawley played a crucial knock of 38 runs off 29 balls, with five fours. His knock was followed by Tom Abell’s brilliant half-century, scoring 57 runs off 39 balls, with five fours. 

Speaking of the bowlers’ performance for Durban’s Super Giants, Noor Ahmed bowled a sensational spell, scalping 4 wickets at just 25 runs in his four-over stint. Besides him, his fellow Afghanistan star Naveen-ul-Haq also claimed one wicket at 44 runs in 4 overs.

Now, the DSG will be chasing the target of 166 runs in the second innings and a win in this game will also take them up in the tournament’s points table.
