Nitish Reddy has been a great fit for the Indian team. The 21-year-old has given early signs of his worth by scoring runs in the most critical situations. He did it twice in the first Test match, and he did it again in the second game. The confidence with which the player walks into the field and takes on the best bowlers of the opponents is quite thrilling.
In the ongoing second Test match, Nitish Reddy hit a jaw-dropping reverse scoop against Scott Boland, which was mesmerizing. The shot was the need of the hour for India as they were down to nine wickets in the first innings. Despite all odds against India, Reddy stood his ground and played a beautiful shot, which was surprising for the bowler and the Australian team.
Right after that shot, he played another flick shot as the ball went racing to the boundary over the fine leg. The batter didn't stop there. He pulled off the ball over the square leg, and it went over the fielder's head for a six. However, he fell prey to Starc's bowling and became his sixth wicket of the evening. The batter was dismissed for 42 runs in 54 balls, hitting three boundaries and three sixes.
That's an unreal shot from Nitish!

India bowled out for 180 runs in first Test match
India's innings started with the wicket of young batter Yashasvi Jaiswal, who Mitchell Starc dismissed. After having a rocky start, Indian batters KL Rahul and Shubman Gill tried building an innings for the team in the second Test match. However, after losing Rahul to Starc again, India lost three quick wickets within 20 minutes.
India went from 64/1 to 82/4 within no time, leaving the fans disappointed. Virat Kohli went out for seven runs, followed by Shubman Gill, who was batting brilliantly on 21 runs. Then skipper Rohit Sharma was dismissed on three runs. Soon, most of the Indian batters were back in the pavilion.
It was Nitish Reddy and Ravichandran Ashwin who were batting well before Ashwin gave away his wicket to Starc again. Australia's legendary bowler Mitchell Starc claimed six wickets in the first innings, bowling out India under 200 runs.
