Pakistan might lose hosting rights as stadiums aren't ready for Champions Trophy 2025
For the upcoming tournament, Pakistan was made the host of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, starting on February 19. However, it seems like the International Cricket Board (ICC) might shift the tournament to somewhere else, as the stadiums for the tournament aren't ready yet.
The deadline of January 31 is given to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), but as far as the stadiums are concerned, a lot of work needs to be done, and there is very little chance of getting it ready before the designated date. The next available option for ICC is the UAE, where India will be playing all of their games.
