Juyal, who was part of the Mumbai Indians side last season, is yet to make his IPL debut. It seems that Juyal is in the plans for LSG heading into the final three games of the season. Lucknow were set to take on Bengaluru before the season got suspended. LSG will next face Sunrisers Hyderabad and then take on Gujarat and Bengaluru in their final two games of the season.
LSG are currently seventh in the table with 10 points from 11 games. Rishabh Pant and his side have to win each other their final three games of the season to keep playoff hopes alive. In their last game, before the league was suspended, LSG had lost to Punjab Kings by 37 runs.
Speaking of Aryan Juyal, the 23-year-old has been in amazing form with the bat in domestic cricket. Juyal scored 200 not out against Bihar and 138 versus Madhya Pradesh in first-class matches. The youngster also scored a century in the List A game against Chandigarh. In the T20 format, Juyal has played 23 games, scoring 505 runs with four half-centuries.
All eyes on Rishabh Pant ahead of IPL 2025 resumption
With India set to embark on a huge tour of England, the focus will be on Rishabh Pant, who is undergoing a woeful time with the bat in IPL 2025. The 27-year-old has managed to score just a single fifty this campaign and failed to do well. Pant, as per reports, has been in contention for the Test captaincy after Rohit Sharma’s retirement.
Lucknow’s form in the current season of the IPL has been patchy and it won't be helped with Aiden Markram set to leave the side. The 31-year-old has been named in South Africa’s squad for the finals against Australia. Mitchell Marsh is set to continue his IPL 2025 stint after being overlooked for the huge game.
