Delhi Capitals (DC) fielders were at the top of their game in the IPL 2025 game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Sunday night. Veteran cricketer Karun Nair produced a brilliant piece of fielding to run-out RCB skipper Rajat Patidar for six runs. The incident occurred in the final ball of the fourth over bowled by Mukesh Kumar.
Virat Kohli was on strike and played the ball towards the mid-wicket region and seemingly took a few steps. Rajat Patidar though that Kohli was looking for a single and set off for a quick run but was asked to go back. Karun Nair picked up the ball and hit the stumps on the full. Delhi Capitals players began to celebrate as the decision was sent upstairs to the TV umpire.

At the end of four overs, RCB were reduced to 26 for the loss three wickets while chasing 163 runs to win. DC skipper Axar Patel struck twice in the third over to dismiss debutant Jacob Bethell for 12 and Devdutt Padikkal for a duck.
