The art of stillness should be learned by England's star batter, Jonny Bairstow, who is rectifying his past mistakes in the ongoing County Championship Division One. The captain of Yorkshire has maintained a stillness for 9.51 seconds after trying to defend the ball in the match. He missed two shots against Essex's right-arm pacer Shane Snater, and the ball went to the keeper.

Bairstow stood there in the same pose for 4.51 seconds after playing the second shot. It was a hilarious moment as the players around him were confused as to what the Yorkshire captain was doing. It was later understood that Bairstow was dismissed in one of the Ashes matches, where he left the crease early and the wicket-keeper threw the ball to run him out. Hence, learning from his mistakes and trying to rectify them here, Bairstow took the step.

A video went viral on social media as fans went crazy over Bairstow's reaction. There were many hilarious comments, but 'Bro is collecting images for his upcoming autobiography' stood out, portraying how innovative and creative people can get on social media.
