Jasprit Bumrah is on fire in the ongoing first Test match in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024. After claiming five wickets in the first innings, Bumrah took three wickets in the second. However, the highlight of the match was his aggressive reaction after dismissing Travis Head, who was batting on 89 runs.

Bumrah is one of the bowlers who shows less aggression after taking a wicket. But this time he didn't stop showing his emotions out loud to the entire world. The wicket was extremely important for India to come back in the game as Head and Mitchell Marsh had made a partnership of more than 50 runs which was troubling the bowlers.

Watch the video here:

The bowler set the stage for Head by bowling continuous straight balls. When Head was anticipating one more, Bumrah bowled a bouncer which went above his head, leaving the batter stunned. The next ball was a short of a length delivery with a bit of width which forced Head to play the ball.

The left-handed batter thought of hitting it but failed massively as the ball kissed the bat from the edges and went straight to keeper Pant who didn't make any mistake while catching the ball. After the dismissal came a series of emotions from Bumrah and Virat Kohli who were all fired up. Their aggression showed how important the wicket was for India.

India on the verge of claiming the Perth Test match

Watching India rule in Australia is a dream of every Indian cricket fan. After the horrific New Zealand series, there was no hope of India dominating Australia in their own home ground, especially in Perth. India have played only one game in Perth in 2018 which they lost terribly.

Moreover, Australia are unbeaten in Perth until now. But it looks like the streak is going to break as India are just three wickets away from scripting history. Bumrah and Siraj took three wickets while Nitish Reddy got one wicket. The debutant did well in dismissing Mitchell Marsh, the last set batter of Australia.
