Philip Salt's terrific century in the 1st T20I game helped England clinch victory in the ongoing 3-match T20I series against West Indies. In the same match, captain Jos Buttler, who made his comeback into the team a really long time ago, was dismissed on a golden duck thanks to bowler Gudakesh Motie. Shephard bowled a short, slower delivery outside off, and Buttler tried to chip it in the air towards the third man, but Motie took a blinder to dismiss the captain.
Buttler made his international comeback after being away from cricket due to injury. He missed several series in the process of recovery. However, he failed to impress on his return. England did manage to chase down a total of 183 runs to win the game without Buttler's help on a foreign land, which speaks volumes about the players involved.
How did he catch that? 🤯

Jacob Bethell scored 58 runs in 36 balls including five boundaries and two sixes. West Indies bowlers didn't do well in the match as England won the game by eight wickets.
Really enjoyed playing 50 over cricket: Philip Salt
England's opener, Philip Salt, wreaked havoc on the West Indies bowlers as he scored a century to help the team win the first game. He went on to enjoy the transition that happened from ODIs to T20Is and said, "You have to adjust quickly'. It was a nice innings from him, scoring 103 runs in 54 balls, hitting nine boundaries and six sixes. He is a terrific game-player and made a swift transition to settle in the shortest format of the game.
"I'm not sure to be honest, it is the place I'm probably the happiest. Grown up on these surfaces. Really enjoyed playing 50 over cricket but you have to adjust quickly. Need to be really specific in training," said Philip Salt.
