In the ongoing Champions One Day Cup in Pakistan, Markhors' Fakhar Zaman smashes a terrific six against Amad Butt in the 13th over. The ball went straight into the stands, which was a shock for the bowler as he didn't expect the short, good-length ball outside the off-stump to go into the stands. The batter was quick to react to the delivery and played a beautiful shot over the deep mid-wicket.
Fakhar scored 46 runs off 49 balls, including five boundaries and one massive six. However, apart from him, none of the other batters played well and hence, the team was all-out for just 122 runs in just 33.4 overs. Panthers' Mohammad Hasnain and Arafat Minhas claimed three wickets each. Minhas bowled well as he claimed just one run in two overs including three wickets.

Sajid Khan also did pretty well in the bowling department, taking two wickets and conceded just 24 runs in 10 overs. He was the only bowler who completed his quota of ten overs in the match. Markhors' decision to bat first backfired them as they could only score 122 runs.
Easy win for Panthers in Champions One Day Cup 2024
The Panthers might have regretted losing the toss for a while, but seeing their opponent's condition in the first innings, skipper Shadab Khan might have felt relieved. Chasing 123 runs wasn't a big deal, as the openers gave a perfect start to the innings. Abdul Bangalzai scored 41 runs off 43 balls including five boundaries and two sixes. The other team members made a significant contribution to the win, which was outstanding.
For Markhors, Akif Javed and Mohammad Irfan took two wickets each while Shahnawaz Dahani took one wicket. The bowlers tried their best to defend the score, but the total was too low. Moreover, Sajid Khan won the Player of the Match award for a brilliant all-round performance.
