In an interview with Star Sports, the ace cricketer revealed that 90 per cent of his food is steamed or boiled. He completely avoids fried foods, curries and overly spicy dishes.

Notably, Kohli turned fully vegan in 2018 due to a health issue and has since focused more on plant-based foods. An ardent fan of Chole Bhature, Kohli, however, admitted that he sometimes eats rajma and lobhiya. He also loves fruits like watermelon, papaya, and dragon fruit or the nutritious blend of dry fruits, protein shakes and soya.
