Mumbai Indians become the first team to be eliminated from IPL 2024

Mumbai Indians' (MI) performance in this year's IPL 2024 has been below par as they lost four out of 13 matches. They haven't been able to win a lot of matches this year and hence might finish at the bottom of the table if they lose their last match. Amidst the captaincy row between Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma, the team's confidence has gone down drastically and hence, they failed to perform in most of the matches.

Moreover, even Hardik Pandya has failed to perform in this season which is a matter of concern for the entire team. Apart from him, Rohit Sharma's performance has been average as well. It was Ishan Kishan, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma who carried the team on their shoulders this season. Nevertheless, the team will be looking forward to making a strong comeback in the next season.
