"God and life have been incredibly kind to me, blessing me with the opportunity to live my dream—playing cricket for my country. I am deeply grateful for the love, support and encouragement I have received along the way and I recognise how fortunate I am to do what I love. I believe the time is right for me to reciprocate the love with an initiative off-the-pitch too—the Rishabh Pant Foundation (RPF), having a simple goal at the core—supporting those in need and spreading smiles along the way," wrote Rishabh Pant on his Instagram account.

Pant has been an incredible player for India and is truly the backbone of the team in red-ball cricket. While he hasn't played much white ball cricket in the recent past, he has been consistent with the bat in Test cricket.

The reports are going on for a number of years: Rohit Sharma

India's ODI captain Rohit Sharma slammed the media when asked about his future in the team during the press conference ahead of the ODI series against England. He outrightly said that he has no idea what the future holds and the reports regarding his retirement are surfacing for a long time, which doesn't concern him.

"How is it relevant that I talk about my future plans sitting here, where we have three ODIs and Champions Trophies coming in? The reports are going on for a number of years. But I am not here to clarify those reports. For me right now, these three games here and then the Champions Trophy are very, very important. So, my focus is on these games, said Rohit Sharma.
