In the recently concluded T20I series agaisnt England, India's dominating performance led to the victory by 4-1. Some of the batters like Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, and Hardik Pandya were the standout performers of the series. Meanwhile, Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakaravarthy were the standout bowlers. The other players made significant contribution to the series as well.
Meanwhile, a hilarious incident took place during the fifth T20I when India's Rinku Singh was fielding near the boundary and the crowd was cheering for him. In between the cheering, one fan was heard shouting, "Kohli ka bat dede, form chala gaya hai" asking Rinku to return Virat Kohli's bat because the batter has lost his form.

The video went viral on social media as the audience loved the way the fans asked with innocence. Kohli has been struggling with his form since a long time now. While the player was brilliant in the ODI and T20I WC, he has failed to put some runs with the bat in the other series. However, the BCCI has shown faith in the player and supported him throughout. Now, India will look forward to conquer the ODI series against England, which will commence on February 6. Kohli will be in action in the series and will head towards the Champions Trophy later.

More runs were scored against them: Sanjay Manjrekar
Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar criticised the English bowers for being consistent throughout the series. They struggled to maintain the line and length as well, which may have cost them the series. Moreover, the batters weren't in their best form either. It was a disappointing performance from the entire team.
"They've got speedsters, which is a good thing. But if you look at it through the series, the faster their bowlers bowled, more runs were scored against them. So they've got to look at a nice balance. Jamie Overton and Brydon Carse actually looked like they could keep better control on any batting," said Sanjay Manjrekar as quoted by ESPN Cricinfo.
