KKR pacer Vaibhav Arora had a forgettable day with the ball as he was carted for 21 runs from his 2 overs. Marcus Stoinis in particular took a special liking to his bowling and hit him all over the park to Arora’s night early.

Lucknow skipper KL Rahul failed to fire with the bat in a game where his team needed him the most. The 32-year-old could only score 25 runs from 21 balls as his slow batting at the start put his team under pressure. Just when he seemed like he was starting to find his groove his innings ended thanks to Harshit Rana.

The injury to Mayank Yadav gave Yash Thakur a chance to comeback into the team. The right-arm pacer though failed to perform well and was expensive with the ball as he went for 46 runs from his 4 overs with just the wicket of Shreyas Iyer in the 20th over to show for.
