Captain Suryakumar Yadav has maintained the winning streak as India beat South Africa by 135 runs on their own home soil. India portrayed a fantastic batting performance in the first innings, scoring a massive total of 283 runs. It was Tilak Varma and Sanju Samson's collective efforts which took the whole total to a different level. Both the batters scored centuries and wreaked havoc on the South African bowlers. With this, India registered their highest total in T20Is in foreign land and won the series, 3-1.
South Africa on the other hand were extremely helpless and clueless with the way the Men in Blue were hitting the ball. Samson and Varma were dealing in sixes during the entire first innings. Both the players have hit a total of 19 sixes, leaving the bowlers no rescue plans. There were quite a lot of misfielding and dropped catches in the game which turned the game towards the batters.

Samson scored 109 runs in 56 balls including six boundaries and nine sixes. On the other hand, Tilak Varma scored 120 runs in 47 balls including nine boundaries and ten sixes. He quickly scored runs and gave full support to Samson from the other end. Abhishek Sharma was brilliant as well even though he went out for just 36 runs in 18 balls. He hit two boundaries and three sixes while he was on the crease.
Arshdeep Singh's outstanding bowling performance helped India register win against South Africa
India's bowling attack was terrific in the last game of the series against South Africa as Arshdeep Singh rose to the occasion and bolwed a beautiful spell at the start of the game. In three overs, the pacer went on to claim three wickets, sending the top order back into the pavilion. South Africa lost their confidence as the wickets kept tumbling down in regular intervals.
As soon as the ball went to Arshdeep, the pitch seemed to be completely different. This didn't look like a pitch where the Indian batters hit 22 sixes in one single innings. Nevertheless, it was an absolutely brilliant show by the Indian team which will be remembered for a long time.
