The Former Pakistan team star Basit Ali has challenged the skipper Babar Azam to hit three straight sixes against strong teams in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. While talking on his YouTube channel Ali said that if Babar completes the challenge he will shut down his YouTube channel, however, if he fails to do so, he'll have to leave his opening position.

"If against top teams, not sides like USA and Thailand, Babar Azam hit three straight sixes, I will shut down the YouTube channel. If he takes this challenge, he should accept it. If he can't open the innings, he should not open at the T20 World Cup," Basit Ali said in a video.

Four months after stepping down from captaincy, Babar Azam returned to the position after the Board removed Shaheen Afridi from captaincy. Moreover, Bazar had a good tournament against the Kiwis where they ended the T20I series in a draw, 2-2. Hence, the experts and fans are impressed and hopeful for a good comeback in the T20 World Cup 2024 as well.
