When it comes to brotherhood in cricket, Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni's names top the list. Both have been friends for a decade and are always seen together during CSK's practice sessions. Recently, during an interview with Lallantop, Suresh Raina revealed that MS Dhoni lost his calm in the dressing room after losing qualifier 2 against PBKS in 2014.

"I have never seen Dhoni that angry. He vented it out after that match. He was like 'we don't score runs, we don't do this, that'. He threw his pads and helmet in the dressing room. He was irritated that we lost a match that we should have won. He was angry because we lost a match that we shouldn't have. Otherwise, we would have won the IPL that year as well," said Raina.

In that match, while chasing a score of 214, Raina scored 87 runs off 27 balls, and CSK's total was 100 runs at the end of the powerplays. However, the team failed to score 114 runs in the next 14 overs, preventing their entry into the finals. The match was more than traumatizing for the CSK fans, as that would have been their 5th finals in a row.

'I had a dream that I would do something special...' - Suresh Raina on his innings against PBKS

Known as Mr. IPL, Suresh Raina's inning against PBKS was undoubtedly one of the best in IPL history. He came into bat and started striking the ball from the first over. The confidence was seen in his batting but was unfortunate enough to lose his wicket after the powerplay due to which CSK lost their chance into the finals.

"I felt like a man possessed. The previous day, I had a dream that I would do something special. I was seeing the ball like a football. But, I was run out. The ball hitting the bat gave me a very different sound. I was feeling like no one could stop me," said Raina.
