Former India batter Pathiv Patel revealed the secrets behind Varun Chakaravarthy's wicket-taking ability in T20Is, even though he doesn't spin the ball much. He is a terrific bowler who claimed three wickets in the first game against South Africa in Durban. Along with Ravi Bishnoi, he wreaked havoc on the batters and didn't give them time to settle down for once. That's why India won the game by a huge margin of 61 runs.

Parthiv Patel praised the bowling for keeping things 'simple,' which helped him take wickets in the matches. Varun is a prolific bowler and has a great chance of succeeding if given consistent chances.

"Varun doesn’t spin the ball but bowls stump to stump. This is the reason behind his success, as batters don’t like bowlers who keep things simple. It doesn’t allow them to free their arms and they end up making mistakes against him. Miller and Klaasen were dismissed by him as they tried to innovative against his deliveries," said Parthiv Patel.

India will look to dominate the South African team in their own backyard as Suryakumar Yadav and Co. are in no mood to break their winning streak. SKY has won the last two series played against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and will want to keep it going.

Maximum utilisation of my current form you can say: Sanju Samson

India's star opener Sanju Samson, has earned huge respect from the crowd and the former players for scoring two back-to-back centuries in T20Is for India. In the previous game, he scored 107 runs in 50 balls, hitting seven boundaries and ten sixes. He spoke about his performance and how important it was for him to play such a knock which will help him cement his place in the team.

"Really enjoyed my time in the middle. Playing it well, maximum utilisation of my current form you can say. [on what is going right for him] The intent, we have been talking about being aggressive and keeping the team ahead of yourselves. Once you play three-four balls you are looking for the boundary, I'm not thinking much, sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't, happy it worked out well today," said Sanju Samson.
