The Titans were soundly thrashed by Rajasthan Royals in their last game thanks to Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s 35-ball ton. GT will want to rebound with a better performance and show the world that their loss against the Royals was just an off-day.
One team which was favoured to make it to the playoffs was Pat Cummins’ Sunrisers Hyderabad. At this stage of the season, SRH are in the bottom half of the table and know that one more loss can spell the end to their season.
The only save for SRH will be to beat Chennai Super Kings in their last game with a comprehensive margin. Cummins will hope that his team can put up such a performance once against help SRH to stay in the race for a place in the playoffs.
