DC vs KKR Dream11 Prediction
The IPL 2025 is now heading into its business end of the season. Delhi Capitals (DC) will play their second game in three days as they host defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in what is set to be a key encounter. Delhi Capitals are currently fourth in the table, while KKR are seventh in the table.
After making a great start to their IPL 2025 tournament with four successive wins, DC have seen inconsistency plague their season. Axar Patel and his men lost their last match against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru at home. At one point it seemed as if DC were favourites to make it to the playoffs as one of the top two sides. The game against KKR is now a key fixture for DC as a win will put the team within touching distance of a place in the playoffs.
Ajinkya Rahane knows that the game against Delhi is the one that could define the season for the defending champions. Loss at the Arun Jaitley Stadium will make it difficult for KKR to make it to the playoffs. To make matters worse, their previous game against Punjab Kings was rained out, which meant that KKR could only earn one point. KKR’s senior players who have failed to fire this season know that they have to put up their hands if they are to keep their top-four hopes alive.

The captain who wins the toss will want to bowl first, having seen what happened at this venue in the DC vs RCB game on Sunday. Over the years, Delhi has been a high-scoring venue, but with the tournament now entering its dying stages, one can expect some wear and tear on the wicket. Spinners will play a key role, and the best time to bat will be when the ball is new. Seamers will get a good amount of reverse swing, and a score between 150-165 should be chased down by the team batting second.
