Pakistan's bowler, Abrar Ahmed, is a huge fan of Virat Kohli, just like most of the other people in the world. While talking to Telecom Asia Sport, Abrar opened up about Kohli and the slight sledding he did during the clash against India. He told Kohli to hit him for a six in between the games. Surprisingly, Kohli seemed calm throughout the game and helped India win the game.

"My childhood dream of bowling to Kohli has come true in Dubai. It was a great challenge and I took the liberty of teasing him, asking him to hit me a six, but he never got angry. Kohli is a great batter; we all know that. But he is a great human being too. He said, ‘well bowled’ after the match, and that made my day. I have grown up idolizing Kohli," said Abrar Ahmed while talking to Telecom Asia Sport.

Kohli scored a century against Pakistan, which was his 52nd ODI hundred. He was also the main reason India won the semi-final game against Australia. He missed out on a well-deserving century as he was out on 84 runs. In the finals, Kohli's responsibility will increase since the game is against New Zealand.

No official told me I did anything wrong: Abrar Ahmed

Abrar Ahmed was asked about his celebration and why he did it after dismissing Shubman Gill in the game against India. Speaking about that dismissal, Abrar said that he found nothing wrong in the way he did the celebration. Also, no match officials interfered in that so it was fine as per the player.

"That's my style and I see nothing wrong with it. No official told me that I did anything wrong but if it hurt anyone, I am sorry for that. It was not my intention to hurt anyone," added Abrar Ahmed.
