Players in the WNBA are taking advantage of the opportunity to rest and unwind as the season comes to an end. Caitlin Clark, a budding star with the Indiana Fever, has chosen to go in a different direction this summer. Rather than relaxing, the 22-year-old basketball sensation took part in the Annika Pro-Am, a major LGPA competition, in Tampa, Florida, on Wednesday. With a prize of $3.25 million for the winner, the tournament is renowned for showcasing some of the top female golfers in the world.

Although Caitlin Clark is well known for her basketball prowess, she has had a little more difficult time on the golf course. A video of the incident was then released by Clark, who also made fun of her misfired shot. "This is the best video ever," she said, laughing. "I'm so real."

Caitlin Clark won WNBA Rookie of the year award

Despite her lack of success on the golf course, Clark had an incredible first season as a WNBA player with the Indiana Fever. She led the league in assists, earning a position on the WNBA All-Star squad and winning the 2024 Rookie of the Year title with an average of 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 8.4 assists per game. With a 20–20 record at the end of the season and the No. 6 seed in the WNBA rankings, her outstanding play helped the Fever make their first postseason berth since 2016. Clark has a bright career ahead of her, demonstrating her fearlessness in golf as well as basketball on and off the court.
