The NBA Draft are nearby and there is excitement around Bronny James as to which team will select him. Meanwhile, LeBron James has stated that he wants to play with his son before he retires. Bronny James has expressed that he wants to make his way into the NBA with his term and not with the help of his father.

During the NBA Draft Combine over 77 players were invited. Bronny James came into the draft as he had something to prove. On Day 2 Bronny James scored 13 points from just 23 minutes of play. His father and his mother had come to watch his game as he was trying to fulfil his dream of playing in the NBA.

On that note, we take a look at the Top 5 teams which can sign Bronny James:

5. Utah Jazz:

Utah Jazz is interested in signing Bronny James as they have called him for a private workout as per reports. Utah Jazz under Danny Ainge and ownership of Ryan Smith are rebuilding. However, they are also interested in bringing LeBron James to the squad as his contract with Los Angeles Lakers is going to end soon. By drafting Bronny James in their squad, they will add more power to their team.

4. Miami Heat

Miami Heat owned the 15th and 43rd picks of the draft this year. With the Miami Heat, LeBron James has won two NBA titles and Bronny James needs a lot of improvement before making an impact in the NBA. LeBron has already played for head coach Erik Spoelstra and may be hoping to provide his son with a quality coach and a stable club for the future once the future Hall of Famer retries.

3. San Antonio Spurs

The combination of Victor Wembanyama and Bronny James is appealing to fans, and it would be a lot of fun to watch under the direction of Hall of Fame coach Gregg Popovich. Popovich has coached LeBron for Team USA, and Bronny will benefit greatly from learning from a multiple NBA-winning coach. The Spurs will most likely pursue a highly anticipated playmaker with their two lottery choices, but they also have the 35th pick, giving them plenty of alternatives.

2. Oklahoma City Thunder

Despite not having a second-round pick, the Oklahoma City Thunder have a lot of assets and numerous future picks. The general manager, Sam Presti, has swiftly built something remarkable in Oklahoma City and is constantly planning for the future. The Thunder may be a better fit for Bronny than LeBron, given their established young core of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Lu Dort, and Jalen Williams, but it's clear LeBron values Presti and wouldn't mind Bronny establishing his game with the franchise.

1. Los Angeles Lakers:

Most people assume that the Los Angeles Lakers, who possess the 55th choice in the draft, will eventually select Bronny. Despite his outstanding performance at the combine, they may need to put in more work and move up the draft board in the second round to secure him. LeBron stated at the All-Star Weekend in February that, while he is satisfied with his current squad, he is uncertain about his future and how his career will end.
