It is considered a major league for the United States of America and Canada. Every NBA team desires to have at least one NBA title, while many have won the NBA title most times.

Boston Celtics – 17 Titles

Boston Celtics have won the most NBA championships in history. Under the leadership of Bill Russell, the Boston Celtics won eight back-to-back NBA titles between 1959 and 1966. He is considered one of the greatest winners in NBA history. After 22 years long wait Boston Celtics won their recent NBA title in 2008 by defeating Los Angeles in the final. The main players who contributed to this win were Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, and Paul Pierce.

Los Angeles Lakers – 17 Titles

Los Angeles Lakers won their NBA title in 1949. In 1972 they won it and they had a streak of 33 unbeaten games. Their most recent NBA title win came against the Miami Heat in 2020. This was a tribute to Kobe Bryant by LeBron James.
