The NBA has seen some great talents growing up in the season. Some players have an incredible journey in the NBA. Some players received the NBA MVP award for their achievements. 

MVP or the Most Valuable Player award is given to the player whose performance was incredible in the match. It is considered the most prestigious award in Basketball.

Here are 10 players who won the MVP award:

10. Derrick Rose

Derrick Rose in his third season with the Chicago Bulls played an important role in the NBA. He achieved a historic landmark as he became the youngest player to win the NBA MVP award. In the 2010-2011 season of NBA. He had led the Chicago Bulls to an impressive run of 62-20. Derrick Rose was exceptional in that season with an average of 25.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game. He was the playmaker and helped his teammate to get a point in the match.

In 2007-08 Kobe Bryant was leading Los Angeles Lakers from the front. His good performance was important as the LA Lakers topped the Western Conference by 57-25. His average was 28.3 points, 5.4 assists. 1.8 steals and 6.3 rebounds per game. With this performance, he received the NBA MVP award for the season. He is one of the best players in NBA history.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was an impactful player for the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2019-20 season. His average was off 29.5 points, 5.6 assists and 13.6 rebounds. Milwaukee Bucks had reached new heights with Giannis Antetokounmpo as they reached the best score of 56-17 record. They also had an 18-game winning streak. Giannis Antetokounmpo won the NBA MVP award for that season.

In the 2017-18 season, James Harden won the NBA MVP award with the Houston Rockets. He was the main player for the team. He was the main contender for the MVP award. With James Harden in the team Houston Rockets finished in Western Conference Finals with a record of 65-17. This was their best season in the NBA. He averaged 30.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game.

Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder won the NBA MVP award for the season 2013-14. He cemented his place in NBA history with his performance in the NBA. Oklahoma City Thunder scored 59-23 record with Kevin Durant. They also won the Northwest Division title that season. His average was 32.0 points, 5.5 assists and 7.4 rebounds per game.

Though they got eliminated against Houston Rockets in the first round this is a big landmark in their team history.

He also broke the record of most three-pointers in a single season as he scored 402 points.
