Formula 1 has now become a gender equal sport where men and women both race during race weekends. The F1 academy allows female drivers to shine at the pinnacle of Motorsport. It all started with the four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel. The four-time F1 title winner is now retired from Formula 1, and is doing social welfare activities like afforestation, global warming control, human rights and many more. One of them was the Race4Women initiative, which he started in 2021 to accompany women in racing.
The German driver is present in important grand prix like Imola, Brazil, and Britain, doing many social activities and also encouraging the drivers to give their voice for social welfare. Even Formula 1 legend Lewis Hamilton praised Vettel as the greatest F1 driver he has seen because of his social activities.

Sebastian started the #Race4Women initiative in the year 2021, and that made F1 launch the F1 Academy solely for women drivers. This year, Vettel was present in Jeddah for the same event. He also wanted more women to become F1 drivers from all parts of the world.
To kick start the event, Vettel wore the race suit again and raced against 20 other women in a karting race. The former Red Bull, Ferrari and Aston Martin driver was rumoured to return to F1 racing next year. He hasn't confirmed anything to date, and is unlikely to return to racing.
During the Brazilian Grand Prix, Vettel collected plastic waste across São Paulo for his #ForeverSenna initiative. With all the waste, he created an Ayrton Senna helmet, paying tribute to the legend and at the same time creating awareness about people using plastics.
He also cleaned garbage from the stands at the 2021 British Grand Prix. The F1 legend is well aware of what society needs, and is doing his best to change it. We will see more from the German driver this year, because he will be present for the Saudi Arabian Grand prix and many other races.
