11 years ago in 2013, Sebastian Vettel made history in India by winning his fourth world title. The Buddh International Circuit hosted the 16th round of the 2013 Formula 1 season. Sebastian Vettel won his final world championship at the circuit for Red Bull.
The race was also the last one that happened at the Buddh circuit. Sebastian Vettel qualified as the fastest man after qualifying followed by Nico Hulkenberg and Lewis Hamilton. Vettel's teammate Mark Webber qualified as the fourth fastest.
Vettel started the race as the pole-sitter and got the lead straight away after lights out. The German driver was leading the race and won his tenth race of the season. He was also crowned the 2013 Drivers championship as his contender Fernando Alonso failed to overcome Vettel in the points table.
Buddh a special circuit for Vettel
He became the only driver after Michael Schumacher, Juan Manuel Fangio, and Alain Prost to win four world titles. It was the last Indian GP and it was very special Sebastian Vettel gave fans one of the historic moments in Formula 1.

The moment happened after the race when Sebastian Vettel came back to the starting grid and did a Donut which made fans go crazy celebrating his title win. He came out of the car and bowed down in front of his Red Bull car went to the fans and celebrated the race victory with them. Sebastian Vettel was fined 25 thousand euros for not following the rules after the race. After a race, every F1 driver needs to enter the Parc Ferme. But Vettel went straight to the track and celebrated his race win with the fans.

After the 2013 season, Sebastian Vettel didn't win any world championships. He moved to Ferrari and then to Aston Martin where he retired from Formula 1. In his F1 career, Vettel won a total of 4 world titles all of them with the Red Bull team. Fans are waiting for Formula 1 to return to India.
