The 2024 season is getting very exciting as the two young drivers from Belgium and Great Britain are battling each other for this year's Formula 1 world title. Max Verstappen is already a three-time world champion and is looking to win his fourth world title this year. Lando Norris on the other hand will win his first world title if he defeats Verstappen in this championship battle.
McLaren has the fastest car on the grid as Red Bull is struggling with many issues in the last 7 races. Verstappen is now 57 points ahead of Lando Norris in a championship battle. McLaren is leading the constructors championship for the first time after 2 long decades.

Talking about his intense battle with Max Verstappen, Norris gave a surprise answer when asked about his title chances. He said “Max is probably the best in the world, I'll probably say confidently, that he’s the best in the world with his style of defence and attacking.
So I'm going up against the best in the world. I'm not quite at the level I need to be at and his level is a shame to say the truth at the same time, it's an experience for me to learn and progress and try to do better. It's still a great battle and I still enjoyed what we did last weekend."
Lando Norris also believed during last weekend's race in the USA he was ahead but the penalty changed everything. He will slightly change his approach this weekend but doesn't need to change everything. The battle for the championship lead will continue in the Mexican Grand Prix.
McLaren is having an impressive practice session while Max Verstappen is in danger of facing a grid penalty after finding issues with his car engine. If he changes the engine this week then he needs to serve the grid penalty which will make his championship lead very tough to maintain.
