Manchester United hosted 19th placed Burnley at the Old Trafford. Both teams has been struggling with form in the current season as the home side are 6th placed in the league table and on the other hand Vincent Kompany's side sit in the religation zone. The Red Devils had the start they needed but failed to open the scoring, the Clarets looked dangerous in the counters but Andre Onana denied to break the deadlock. 

After the first half being ended in a 0-0. United piled on more pressure as they tried to create chances but failed, after Sander Berge made a loose pass which was capitalised by Antony who scored in the 79th minute of the game. Andre Onana-6.5

The Cameroon international was brilliant in the game as he denied Foster with some genuine goal scoring opportunities. But he conceded a penalty in the dying moments of the game as he punched Zeki Amdouni without the ball. 

Aaron Wan-Bissaka-4

He was poor in the whole game as he failed to link up with Antony and shoot in the final third and ended up wasting multiple opportunities.

Casemiro-6 

His passing range and control on the ball helps United play out of the back. He was good in the game playing as a centre back and made one vital interception as well. 

Harry Maguire-8

Maguire was brilliant in the game did some good interceptions in the back line and blocked some goal bound shots. Rock solid made some no nonsense defendings. 

Diogo Dalot-6.5 

Dalot was good at the left-back, and made good runs in the attacking third and created some chances for the side but it was not capitalised. 

Kobbie Mainoo-6.5 

Mainoo have been impressive since he got the start for the Red Devils, he was excellent in the middle of the park and controlled the game as well, was involved in some attacks for the side. 

Christian Eriksen-5 

Eriksen was average in the game as the Danish international failed to have much impact in the middle of the park was sluggish during the counter of the visitors. 

Antony-7.5 

Arguably the best player for the home side opened the scoring looked dangerous with the ball in the wings and created problems for Clarets defenders. 

Bruno Fernandes-6 

The Portuguese attacking midfielder created out three big chances and was the man main for the home side's attacking third. Although he could not found the net.

Alejnadro Garnacho-4.5 

Garnacho had decent game as the Argentine winger was selfish in moments where he needed to pass the balls and troubled the Burnley defence with his pace. 

Rasmus Hojlund-4

Had a decent outing could not get past the Burnley centre backs and was thus changed in the second half of the game.

Muric was brilliant in the game as he made some good saves to deny the Red Devils he could not have done much with the goal he conceded.

The right was brilliant all the game as he made some crucial interceptions and denied United in the to take the lead in the dying minutes of the game. 

Lorenz Assignon-7

Assignon was brilliant in the centre back as he did not let any ball go through him and kept Hojlund silent till the time the striker was there in the pitch.

Vitinho-5

Vitinho struggled against Antony as he dribbled past him and created troubles for him down the wing every time he got the ball.

Esteve had a decent game as he struggled against Antony in the middle with his pace and dancing feet. He received a card for fouling the Brazilian in the middle of the park

Sander Berge-4

Berge had an average performance in the middle of the park as he failed to create much impact and it was his mistake which ended up breaking the deadlock. 

Jacob Larsen-6 

Larsen was good in the midfield during the counter attacks for the Clarets and made the transition look smooth in the middle of the park. 

Josh Cullen-5.5

Cullen had a decent outing in the middle of the park as he could not cutoff United's attack in the midfield and received yellow card as well.

Lyle Foster-7.5 

Foster will be unlucky as he failed to score, despite getting numerous chances, with the striker was denied by Onana everytime. 

David Datro Fofana-5

Fofana had a decent outing, did not have the best of chances of scoring or creating any problems for the home side. He was well marked by the United defence.
